How I reduced my Sinusitis problem with Pranayamam

Today I wanted to bring one topic in front of our blog readers.

It is about sinusitis the problem which I was facing from my childhood.
I have this problem at the age of 8 years and I used to suffer a lot. Since air flow is not proper through my nose use to forcefully used to release air which makes small noise . Our parents visited lot of clinics and hospitals. This problem is not consistent in a day. If I go for playing then it used to disappear. If i go out also this problem will not be there. Most it will come in the morning and night times. Most of the doctors will say there is no issue at all in the nose at my child hood . During cold season my nose used to get blocked. So basically the symptoms are no free flow of air through nose.
Few of the doctors told this problem will be reduced once I became elder. So we did not take any medicines. After that problem got reduced gradually and I also adjusted for this problem. Through out the year most of the months I used to have cold with thick mucus. Some times if it became more thicker I used to sense bad smell from my nose also.

Now I am 38 years. Few years back I saw few videos about Pranayamam. thought of giving a try thinking that this may solve my problem.
I started doing Pranayama to get rid of this problem. Earlier also I used to think pranayamam will reduce this problem but i never tried
I started doing breathing teachniques through pranayamam for a period of 15 days. Then I started noticing some improvement. First mucus thickness was reduced and it became thin
Earlier when I Spit mucus will be very thick now once after doing Pranayama it became thinner and after few day it became like water. After continuing pranayama for few more days nose became clear without any mucus

Once I stop doing Pranayamam i observed that mucus will get started and it will became from thinner to thikker. After observing multiple times I came to conclusion that i need to do pranayama continuously through out my life if i want to keep this diease away

In case if you have same problem you can try the solution Which I tried . Hopefully this may solve your problem.

I used to do

  1. deerga swasala pranayamam(deep breath pranayama)
  2. Bastrika pranayama and
  3. Surya chnadra bhethi pranayama teachniques

Now if I do continuously for 15 days then nose blockage will go off.

I know this is not an one time fix. But continuously(at least 10 days ) in a month if i do thtis then i will be free from mucus. But this method is far better than any medication and operation.
