Information is encrypted with “AES-256 bit encryption with PBKDF2 SHA-256 and salted hashes”, and encryption and decryption take place at the device level.

Steps to follow LastPass

• download the extension by using website
• https://www.lastpass.com

 

• add to the corresponding browser
• log in to LastPass

 

 

• Once you log in beside the search bar the black LastPass symbol turns to red means successful login.

 

 

• Once you log in start adding ur websites there u need to fill the URL, folder, name, username, and password. or once you open any site when you are log in LastPass will ask to remember or not if u add automatically that will update in a vault

 

 

• after adding sites, the LastPass vault will be like

 

 

• next time if you want to open your web just click on icon and launch, that automatically gets log in

 

 

Not only the sites, it has some more option u can

• Add Wi-Fi passwords, membership IDs, or any other information you want to keep safe.
• Add payment cards or address profiles when shopping online.
• Securely send passwords and notes to friends and family.
