Before going to blood donation access this link and go through the questionnaire once. This will help you to identify the blood sample rejection. Some people will show the interest to donate the blood but their sample will be rejected because if they have taken any antibiotics in previous days OR if they have undergone a surgery before 6 months OR if they are pregnant. So in these scenarios, your sample will get rejected or you will not be asked to give blood itself even though you are willing to help.
People will put a lot of effort in traveling to a hospital in traffic during their busy life. Once they go to the hospital and if sample was not taken because of these reasons which are there in Questionnaire, lot of effort will be wasted for both Donner and patient. To avoid this situation we are listing out the sample questionnaire. If donner/patient can see this checklist before proceeding with blood donation, it will be beneficial for bot of the parties.
